                                            [0] => This is a descriptive study of the scientific production of researchers from the two Museums associated  to  the  Brazilian  Ministry  of  Science,  Technology  and  Innovation,  the  Goeldi Museum  and  the  Museum  of  Astronomy  and  Related.  The  study  focused  only  researchers that have a federal government fellowship. The aim of this study is to analyze the types of scientific communication and the visibility of the researchers affiliated to these museums. A total  of  458  publications  dated  between  2007  and  2011,  from  the  17  researchers  that composed  the  group  studied  were  analyzed.  This  production  was  identified  from  their curricula  available  at  the  public  database  Lattes  Platform.  Most  of  the  production  of  the researchers from the Goeldi Museum was in the form of articles (58%). On the other hand, researchers  from  Museum  of  Astronomy  and  Related  Sciences  published  more  book chapters  (37%)  than  scientific  articles  second.  To  analyze  the  visibility  of  the  researchers’ production,  the  journals  in  which  there  were  more  articles  published  were  examined.  The results indicate good visibility of the journals used by researchers studied, given that most of them are indexed in major international databases, a considerable number of titles allows free access to the articles and, the majority of journals used for scientific communication are published by international editors.
                                            [1] => Pesquisa descritiva da produção científica dos pesquisadores dos dois museus vinculados ao Ministério  da  Ciência  Tecnologia  e  Inovação,  Museu  Paraense  Emílio  Goeldi  e  Museu  de  Astronomia e Ciências Afins. O objetivo geral é analisar a tipologia e a visibilidade da comunicação científica dos pesquisadores com Bolsa Produtividade em Pesquisa vinculados a museus do Ministério da Ciência e Tecnologia e Inovação. Foram analisados 458 trabalhos entre  2007  e  2011  de  17  pesquisadores.  Esta  produção  foi  identificada  nos  currículos  veiculados na Plataforma Lattes. A maioria da produção dos pesquisadores do Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi é de artigos (58%) enquanto que a dos pesquisadores do Museu de Astronomia e Ciências Afins tem nos capítulos de livros (37%) e nos artigos (30%) os canais preferenciais  para  comunicação  científica.    Para  a  análise  da  visibilidade  da  produção  dos  pesquisadores foram examinados os periódicos nos quais houve maior número de artigos publicados. Os resultados apontam para boa visibilidade dos periódicos científicos utilizados pelos  pesquisadores  estudados  uma  vez  que  a  maioria  está  indexada  nas  principais  bases  internacionais, e a maioria dos periódicos utilizados como canal de comunicação científica é de editoras internacionais.
