                    [0] => This study investigates the relationship between organizational culture of the local health departments in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil - from the perspective of managers and employees - and how those agents deal with information on health from various sources. The organizational culture was seen as a way of shared work that includes attitudes constituents of an informational conduct and values and principles with specific meanings, conforming an informational culture. This culture was analyzed considering some of its external constraints – the local, regional, national and global culture. The methodology included a quantitative analysis, done on a sample of municipalities of Minas Gerais, and a qualitative analysis, done in three municipalities intentionally chosen. The results showed various aspects related to how the secretaries treat the information in health – in line with aspects of the regional and national culture, which varies between modernity and backwardness. The study was called anthropological because it was guided by concepts from this field of knowledge, then drawing local inferences – but it’s possible to compare and generalize the informations by the triangulation of data obtained by the multireferences of the work. It included the complex informations and disciplines involved on health – political, technical, social, cultural, economic, and administrative.@en
                    [1] => Este trabalho investiga as relações entre a cultura organizacional das secretarias municipais de saúde do Estado de Minas Gerais, Brasil – na perspectiva dos gestores e funcionários – e o modo como esses agentes lidam com a informação em saúde proveniente de várias fontes. A cultura organizacional foi entendida como um modo compartilhado de trabalho que inclui atitudes constituintes de um comportamento informacional, e valores e princípios com significados específicos frente ao trabalho, conformando uma cultura informacional. Essa cultura foi analisada considerando alguns de seus condicionantes externos – os níveis local, regional, nacional e global da cultura. A metodologia incluiu análise quantitativa, feita sobre uma amostra dos municípios mineiros; e análise qualitativa, feita em três municípios intencionalmente escolhidos. Os resultados mostraram aspectos diversos com relação ao modo como as secretarias tratam as informações em saúde – em consonância com aspectos da cultura estadual e nacional, que oscila entre modernidade e atraso. O estudo foi denominado antropológico por ter utilizado, em sua análise, conceitos oriundos desse campo do conhecimento, extraindo daí inferências “situadas”, mas passíveis de comparação e generalizações pela triangulação de dados obtidos pela multirreferencialidade do trabalho, que compreendeu também a complexa transdisciplinaridade da informação em saúde – política, técnica, social, cultural e econômica.@pt
