                    [0] => The growing complexity of the world requires, more than in other times, the establishment of information policies. These represent a real challenge for those countries, governments and organizations by the acceleration of time and flows of information and communication, especially in change of the bureaucratic states to the informational state. This article aimed to verify the changes in processes of construction of the information policy from the movement of the information society and the consequent change in the role of the State. The objective was to understand how the presentation of the document of an information policy may affect the forms of mediation for the use of relevant information. The concepts of mediation, translation and informational state were the theoretical base chosen. The definition of an information policy, their fields of application and the form of sharing with the population, does not seem clear or appropriate requiring sciences information act as mediators in the construction of the document this policy.@en
                    [1] => A crescente complexidade do mundo exige, mais que em outras eras, o estabelecimento de políticas de informação. Estas representam verdadeiro desafio para países, governos e organizações pela aceleração do tempo e dos fluxos de informação e de comunicação, sobretudo na mudança dos Estados de burocráticos a informacionais. Este artigo busca verificar as mudanças nos processos de construção da política de informação a partir do movimento da sociedade da informação e a conseqüente mudança no papel do Estado. Seu objetivo é compreender como a apresentação do documento de uma política de informação pode vir a afetar as formas de mediação para o uso pertinente da informação. Os conceitos de mediação, tradução e Estado informacional foram os pilares teóricos escolhidos. A definição de uma política de informação, seus campos de aplicação e a forma de compartilhamento com a população não parece clara nem adequada, necessitando que as ciências da informação atuem como mediadoras no processo de construção do documento desta política.@pt
