As the object of study was selected article Gernot Wersig, ‘Information science: the study of postmodern knowledge usage’ of which six were selected concepts which he presents a conception of present society and two other concepts for which shows the role that knowledge takes in this society postulated by him. The definition of concepts led the search for its inclusion in the field of Social Sciences and allowed to look at theories from this field and infer the adoption and use of these theories selected by the author in the field of Information Science.@en
                    [1] => Descreve o trabalho de construir um panorama da presença de teorias das Ciências Sociais na Ciência da Informação. Como objeto de estudo foi selecionado o artigo de Gernot Wersig, ‘Information science: the study of postmodern knowledge usage’ do qual foram selecionados seis conceitos onde ele apresenta uma concepção da sociedade atual e outros dois conceitos pelos quais mostra o papel que o conhecimento assume nessa sociedade postulada por ele. A definição dos conceitos levou a busca por sua inserção no campo das Ciências Sociais e permitiu olhar para teorias provenientes deste campo e inferir a adoção e o uso destas teorias por parte do autor selecionado no campo da Ciência da Informação.@pt
