                    [0] => Information and knowledge sharing among researchers depends on social interaction and may take different forms. This present study was aimed at identifying the types of sharing within the R&D environment in the area of Functional Foods. The data were gathered through interviews and analyzed through the content analysis approach. The types of sharing were categorized as: intentional, unilateral, with leaders, multi and interdisciplinary, compulsory, non-intentional, mediated, continuous, and between groups. The results evidenced that there is no strict demarcation between the types and that a type may be turned into another type depending on its practical intensity. It appears that the Information and knowledge sharing stimulates learning and further knowledge appropriation.@en
                    [1] => O compartilhamento da informação e do conhecimento entre pesquisadores depende da interação social e pode assumir diferentes formas. Este estudo foi realizado com o objetivo de identificar os tipos de compartilhamento existentes em um ambiente de P&D na área de Alimentos Funcionais. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas e para a análise dos dados empregou-se a técnica de análise de conteúdo. Os tipos de compartilhamento identificados foram categorizados como: intencional, unilateral, com lideranças, multi e interdisciplinar, obrigatório, não intencional, mediado, contínuo e entre grupos. Os resultados evidenciaram que não há uma demarcação rígida ente os tipos de compartilhamento identificados e ainda, que um tipo de compartilhamento pode se transformar em outro, dependendo da intensidade com que é praticado. Constatou-se que o compartilhamento da informação e do conhecimento estimula a aprendizagem e promove a apropriação do conhecimento.@pt
