                    [0] => It Describes the “Digitando o Futuro” Project, a pioneer iniciative about digital inclusion at Paraná State (Brazil), now running under “Cidade do Conhecimento” Portal. The article presents some definitions concerning Internet individual usage as a condition to social visibility, as well as the problems to deal with the digital technology available. It also reports a Focus Group session in which young adults (ages between 15 to 25 years old) narrate their experiences and motivations about the overall access conditions offered by the Project. Some opinions about library usage, free access to Internet resources and citizenship were also collected and discussed.@en
                    [1] => Descreve o “Projeto Digitando o Futuro" que foi uma das iniciativas pioneiras de inclusão digital no Estado do Paraná, mais especificamente no Município de Curitiba, atualmente absorvido pelo Portal Cidade do Conhecimento. Apresenta conceitos relativos às condições individuais de uso da Internet como recurso de visibilidade social, assim como as dificuldades de uso da tecnologia. Descreve a sessão de Grupo Focal/Focus Group - realizada em 2004 - com jovens na faixa de 15 a 25 anos e os resultados obtidos em relação à motivação e expectativas no uso do(s) espaço(s) disponível(is) para o acesso à Internet. Os participantes foram também estimulados a emitirem opiniões sobre o uso da biblioteca em geral e as possibilidades que a oportunidade de acesso gratuito à Internet oferece para a noção de cidadania.@pt
