                                            [0] => This work reports the concept and the plan of implementation of a Community Library at Heliópolis slum, which is considered to be the second largest slum in Brazil. It is part of the Cultural Identity of Heliópolis Program created by the architect Ruy Ohtake. It is a socio-cultural inclusive participative project, which highlights the value of the books through reading, and the importance of the access to information, aiming at the creation of a cultural complex to be a key element to change that community.
                                            [1] => Relata a concepção e o plano de implantação de uma Biblioteca Comunitária na Favela de Heliópolis, considerada a segunda maior favela do Brasil. É parte integrante do Programa Identidade Cultural de Heliópolis idealizado pelo arquiteto Ruy Ohtake. Um projeto participativo, de inclusão sócio-cultural, que por meio da valorização da leitura, do livro e do acesso à informação pretende criar um espaço cultural que tem como objetivo principal ser um elemento transformador naquela comunidade.
