                                            [0] => Access and use of information are driven outside the Internet boundaries, going beyond the use of isolated or network computers. Mobile devices and real-time information systems are making interactions with the information practically constant, ubiquitous and holistic. This study presents a reflection from a bibliographical and exploratory research, in this scenario where it is necessary to reflect upon the unfolding of information architecture in contemporary times, featuring the points in which the interaction occur with hybrid information spaces and are considered a cross-channel design when related to user interaction, these evolve to the heuristics for a Pervasive Information Architecture proposed by Resmini and Rosati. These heuristics are essential to the design of this whole ecosystems that include physical and digital features, it is not possible to clearly predict user behavior, given the innumerous forms of interaction, especially when the need to share information on its interface become an important issue, focusing on having a fluid narrative using various types of artifacts. After the reflections undertaken it is expected to wake for this new way of understanding Information Architecture.
                                            [1] => O acesso e uso da informação transcendem as fronteiras da Internet, indo além da utilização dos computadores isolados ou em rede. Dispositivos móveis e sistemas de informação em tempo real estão tornando as interações com a informação praticamente constantes, ubíquas e holísticas. Este estudo apresenta uma reflexão, a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e exploratória, em um cenário onde se faz necessário refletir sobre os desdobramentos da Arquitetura da Informação na contemporaneidade, ressaltando os pontos em que ocorre a interação com canais informacionais híbridos podendo ser considerado um projeto ‘entre’ canais quando relacionado com a interação com o usuário, tangenciando estas questões com as heurísticas para uma Arquitetura da Informação Pervasiva propostas por Resmini e Rosati. Essas heurísticas são essenciais para o projeto de ecossistemas que contemplem características de ambientes informacionais físicos e digitais, onde não é possível prever claramente o comportamento do usuário, diante das inúmeras formas de interação, principalmente quando da necessidade de compartilhar informações na interface dos diversos canais informacionais e artefatos. Após as reflexões realizadas espera-se o despertar por esta nova forma de compreender a Arquitetura da Informação.
