                    [0] => This study aims to problematize post-custody with the contemporaneity of shared and distributed digital custody in Systemic Digital Preservation, contemplating both the paradigm shift and the paradigmatic transition of the archival chain of custody from an analog to a digital environment. For this, we adopted an exploratory research with a bibliographic and documental research. Our main results include problematizing post-custodial archivology, especially in Terry Cook’s view, rethinking the involved concepts, especially those of custody in Systemic Digital Preservation, going through all the environments in the life cycle of documents, i.e., the document management, preservation, and access and diffusion environments. We conclude, that in systemic digital preservation, we must foresee a chain of archival custody resigned to the digital environment, i.e., an archival Digital Chain of Custody (DCC) which must be shared with preservation and information technology administrators and distributed in several locations and storage types, such as in clouds.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo tem como objetivo problematizar a pós-custodia com a contemporaneidade da custódia digital compartilhada e distribuída na Preservação Digital Sistêmica, contemplando tanto a ruptura de paradigma quanto a transição paradigmática da cadeia de custódia arquivística do ambiente analógico para o ambiente digital. Em relação aos objetivos, a metodologia adotada foi a pesquisa exploratória. Em relação aos procedimentos metodológicos, trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. O artigo traz como principais resultados a problematização da Arquivologia pós-custodial, principalmente na visão de Terry Cook, repensando os conceitos envolvidos, principalmente o conceito de custódia no contexto da Preservação Digital Sistêmica, perpassando todos os ambientes envolvidos no ciclo de vida dos documentos, que são o ambiente de gestão de documentos, o ambiente de preservação e o ambiente de acesso e difusão. Concluímos que na preservação digital sistêmica deve-se prever uma cadeia de custódia arquivística ressignificada para o ambiente digital, ou seja, uma Cadeia de Custódia Digital Arquivística (CCDA) que deve ser compartilhada com os papeis de administrador de preservação e administrador de TI (Tecnologia da Informação) e distribuída em diferentes locais e diferentes tipos de armazenamento, como o armazenamento em nuvem.@pt
