                    [0] => A Gestão do Conhecimento é um campo vasto em pesquisas, pois considera o intangível como elemento central de sua abordagem. Neste sentido, sua implementação é desafiadora, o que determina a necessidade de aferir seu nível de maturidade em determinado lócus de aplicação. Assim, esta pesquisa se orienta ao intento de analisar a presença de aspectos imperativos para aplicação de modelos de maturidade em Gestão do Conhecimento, sendo: dimensões; instrumento; níveis; e método de análise. Pela natureza exploratória-descritiva, fazendo uso da Análise de Conteúdo, esta pesquisa examinou 15 modelos datados de 2001 a 2017. Por resultado, identificou-se que os modelos analisados não expressam todos os aspectos supracitados, o que torna sua aplicação dificultosa, haja vista que permite a subjetividade do indivíduo, advinda da insuficiência de informações dos modelos. A análise de outras estruturas, bem como o desenvolvimento de uma atinente aos aspectos supracitados, são sugestões de pesquisas futuras.@pt
                    [1] => Knowledge Management is a vast field in research, as it considers the intangible as a central element of its approach. In this sense, its implementation is challenging, which determines the need to assess its level of maturity in a specific locus of application. Thus, this research is oriented to the intention of analyzing the presence of imperative aspects for the application of models of maturity in Knowledge Management, being: dimensions, instrument, levels and method of analysis. Due to its exploratory-descriptive nature, using Content Analysis, this research examined 15 models dating from 2001 to 2017. As a result, it was identified that the analyzed models do not express all the above aspects, which makes their application difficult, considering that allows the subjectivity of the individual, due to the insufficiency of information on the models. The analysis of other structures, as well as the development of one related to the aforementioned aspects, are suggestions for future research.@en
