                    [0] => O artigo estuda a informação jurídica no contexto da Arquitetura da Informação no website da Associação Nacional de Travestis e Transexuais (ANTRA). O problema de pesquisa incide no acesso das informações jurídicas no website da ANTRA e se as mesmas convergem com às jurisprudências do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) Posto isto, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo averiguar como o website da ANTRA apresenta as informações jurídicas relevantes às transexuais e travestis, a fim de orientá-las na consecução dos seus direitos fundamentais, inter-relacionando-as com as jurisprudências presentes website do STJ que tratam do tema. Metodologicamente, trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória e bibliográfica, trabalhando com uma revisão da literatura sobre as temáticas apresentadas no referencial teórico. Ela se justifica pela relevância do tema, por ser pouco explorado, e principalmente pelo papel social que apresenta ao levantar a questão de grupos tão vulneráveis ao preconceito e à violência na nossa sociedade. Os resultados apresentam que o website possui informações jurídicas relevantes, porém, algumas medidas podem ser tomadas pra deixar o website mais funcional, como disponibilizar informações sobre a defensoria pública, mapear profissionais do direito que sejam associados da ANTRA a fim de auxiliarem em questões judiciais e incluir um sistema de busca para que as pessoas consigam encontrar as informações de forma mais intuitiva no website. Concluímos, assim, que os objetivos do trabalho foram atendidos e que há convergência entre as temáticas das jurisprudências apresentadas pelo STJ com as informações jurídicas presentes no website da ANTRA.@pt
                    [1] => This article studies legal information in the context of the information architecture of th ANTRA website. The research problem does not include access to legal information on the ANTRA website and becomes the same with the case law of the Brazilian Supreme Court STJ. That said, this research has as a medium objective how the ANTRA website presents as relevant legal information for transsexuals and transvestites, an end of guidance on the achievement of their fundamental rights, interrelated with the website of current jurisprudence of the STJ dealing with the theme. Methodologically, it is an exploratory and bibliographic research, working with a literature review on how the techniques used in the theoretical framework. It is justified by the relevance of the theme, little explored, and mainly by the social role it presents when raising an issue of groups so vulnerable to prejudice and violence in our society. The results show that the website has relevant legal information, however, some measures could be taken to make the website more functional, such as providing information about the public defender, mapping legal professionals who are associated with ANTRA in order to assist in legal matters, and including a searcher so people can find information more intuitively on the website. We conclude that the objectives of the work were met and that there is convergence between the themes of the jurisprudence presented by the STJ with the legal information on the ANTRA website.@en
