                                    [description] => O presente estudo teve como objetivo identifi car as ações predominantes para o processo de inserção dos colaboradores com defi ciência no mercado de trabalho, visando atender às exigências legais e o seu papel na sociedade. Utilizou-se da abordagem qualitativa, de natureza exploratória e do tipo estudo de caso. Por meio de entrevistas pode-se verificar que as ações predominantes para o processo de inserção de pessoas com deficiência necessitam ser planejadas e que devem ser realizadas adequações necessárias tanto no espaço físico quanto na adaptação na função. Diversas dificuldades foram identificadas: falta de qualificação técnica-prática, falta de incentivo das famílias e receio de perder o benefício financeiro recebido da Previdência Social à família da pessoa com defi ciência. Também foi possível verifi car certa resistência por parte dos entrevistados do setor de produção quanto à contratação de pessoas com deficiência, em virtude das pressões no cumprimento de objetivos e metas de produção.Palavras-chaveDeficiência. Comportamento. Challenges in integration of disabled individuals in the work market: a case study in a multinational company AbstractThe objective of this paper is to identify the predominant actions in the process of integration of disabled employees in the work market, meeting legal requirements and what role they play in society. A qualitative approach of exploratory nature was used in the study of case. By means of interviews it is possible to verify that the predominant actions for the process of insertion of disabled individuals have to be planned and carried out according to the needs of both space arrangements and adjustments to the functions. On the other hand, several problems were identified, as for instante, lack of technical skill and practical experience, lack of encouragement from their families and fear that they might lose the financial benefits received from Social Security granted to the family of the disabled individuals. It was also possible to verify that the ones in charge of hiring disabled individuals for the production sector were unsecured as to accomplishment of production goals of the enterprise.KeywordsDisabled.
