                    [0] => O combate à exclusão digital deve ser realizado com medidas concretas visando a diminuir as diferenças entre as classes sociais mais favorecidas e as menos favorecidas, fazendo valer as funções governamentais na prestação de serviços. Os espaços cidadania a serem instalados pela rede de telemática PE-Multidigital proverão recursos que possibilitarão acesso à internet, capacitação para que as pessoas tanto possam navegar na Web, quanto fazer uso dos serviços públicos disponíveis na internet e, ainda, utilizar planilha eletrônica e editor de texto, todos em software livre. Deste modo, a rede com os espaços cidadania se estenderá para localidades com alta concentração de cidadãos menos favorecidos, em comunidades com baixos índices de desenvolvimento humano, atenuando as diferenças.

Social inclusion in the project of the PE-Multidigital net 


Abstract


Fighting against digital divide must be done through concrete measures aimed at diminishing the differences between the most favored social classes and the less favored one, assuring the government functions in the provision of services. The spaces for citizenship to be installed by the network of telematics PE-Multidigital, will provide resources that will enable Internet access, training, so that people can learn how to browse on the web and to use public services available on the Internet, as well as to use spreadsheet and the text editor, all on free software. Thus the network with the spaces for citizenship will be extended to areas with high concentrations of disadvantaged people in communities with low rates of human development, reducing the differences.
