                                            [1] => De acordo com a abordagem metodológica do planejamento estratégico, são analisadas as necessidades de informaçãopara subsidiar as pesquisas do Centro Nacional de Pesquisa em Instrumentação Agropecuária -CNPDIA da EMBRAPA sob dois enfoques: informação para o gerenciamento da pesquisa e informação para o processo da pesquisa. No primeiro enfoque, são identificados os agentes da pesquisa que atuam nos niveis estratégicos, tático e operacionale qual a visão que eles têm do inter-relacionamento da pirâmide organizacional, no que se refere aos Objetivos do CNPDIA Objetivos da !vea de Pesquisa, Fatores Criticos de Sucesso, Problemas e Necessidades de Informação. Apartir dos resultados obtidos, são estabelecidas comparações entre o discurso desses agentese o documento de referência - Plano Diretor da Unidade.
