                    [1] => O advento das novas tecnologias da informação e comunicação e quase imperatify da adoção de tecnologias em centros de documentação e informação e bibliotecas reflete para a necessidade de profissionais qualificados para lidar com as ferramentas disponíveis. O artigo aborda a importância da qualificação dos recursos humanos para atuar no campo volátil das inovações tecnológicas. Discorre sobre os constrangimentos enfrentados em Bibliotecas Públicas pela falta de qualificação dos profissionais e as consequentes limitações na implementação de políticas de informação nessas instituições. Vale ressaltar que com a acelerar o crescimento da tecnologia aparece a necessidade de atualização constante no sistema implantado e de qualificação dos profissionais para utilizar as ferramentas com as atualizações.@pt
