                                            [0] => This paper presents the current status of services for access to documents in the Library of the Health Sciences, Federal University of Ceará by service Switching Bibliography. Aims to demonstrate, numerically, the search for bibliographic exchange in that library in the period from 2000 to 2012, consider alternatives to meet the demands of university for full articles. Questioning the maintenance of networks and COMUT SCAD in the century of electronic access and open access to scientific publications. Descriptive study that points to a reduction in the use of service switching bibliographic year after year. It is considered that the units of information should direct their efforts to the training of its members towards promoting self-sufficiency of the same in relation to the search and acquisition of wishing.
                                            [1] => Este trabalho apresenta a situação atual dos serviços de acesso a documentos na Biblioteca de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Federal do Ceará através do serviço de Comutação Bibliográfica. Tem como objetivo demonstrar, numericamente, a procura pela comutação bibliográfica na referida biblioteca no período de 2000 a 2012, considerar as alternativas para atender as demandas dos pesquisadores da universidade por artigos na integra. Questionar a manutenção das redes COMUT e SCAD na era do acesso eletrônico e do acesso aberto a publicações científicas. Estudo descritivo que aponta para uma redução do uso de serviço de Comutação Bibliográfica ano após ano. Considera-se que as unidades de informação devem direcionar seus esforços ao treinamento de seus usuários no sentido da promoção da auto-suficiência dos mesmos em relação à procura e aquisição do material que desejam.
