                                            [0] => It aims to report the dynamics of the “Reading Competence and Information Competence Research Group: transdisciplinary knowledge and practices in the field of Information Science” certified by CNPq, contemplating the flexibility of research, study and training activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Specifically, it seeks to present guidelines of the “Model of Reading and Information Skills” crossed by social literacy and responsible for the theoretical and practical support of this Research Group and, therefore, to identify skills and abilities necessary for the development of collaborative management of remote work (telework ), meeting the university’s tripod “teaching, research and extension”. With an exploratory and bibliographical research, stages of the action plan of the “Skills Studies Network” of the Federal University of Espírito Santo are identified, aiming at the democratization of information and teleworking tools. The planning stages democratized hybrid communication channels for the internal and external community of the university, as well as expanded the actions of (in)training skills in view of the growth of the flow of (mis)information. The themes and directions of the competency model supported the moments of study and converged in a set of essential knowledge and attitudes to the modus operandi of the Study Network of the Research Group. Therefore, the formation of autonomous subjects in processes of recovery, evaluation and critical understanding of different readings contemplates the disciplinary transgression of Information Science, sustaining methodologies supported by inter and transdisciplinary approaches in order to meet the informative and educational demands of society and the scientific community
                                            [1] => Objetiva relatar a dinâmica do “Grupo de Pesquisa Competência Leitora e Competência em Informação: saberes e fazeres transdisciplinares no campo da Ciência da Informação” certificado pelo CNPq, contemplando a flexibilização das atividades de pesquisas, estudos e formativas durante a pandemia da Covid-19. Especificamente, procura apresentar diretrizes do “Modelo das Competências Leitora e em Informação” atravessadas pelo letramento social e responsáveis pela sustentação teórica e prática deste Grupo de Pesquisa e, por conseguinte, identificar competências e habilidades necessárias ao desenvolvimento da gestão colaborativa do trabalho remoto (teletrabalho), atendendo ao tripé da universidade “ensino, pesquisa e extensão”. Com uma pesquisa exploratória e bibliográfica, identificam-se etapas do plano de ação da “Rede de Estudos das Competências” da Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, visando a democratização da informação e das ferramentas do teletrabalho. As etapas do planejamento democratizaram canais híbridos de comunicação para a comunidade interna e externa à universidade, bem como ampliaram as ações de (in)formação das competências perante o crescimento do fluxo da (des)informação. Os temas e direcionamentos do modelo das competências deram sustentação aos momentos de estudos e convergiram num conjunto de conhecimentos e atitudes essenciais ao modus operandi da Rede de Estudos do Grupo de Pesquisa. Portanto, a formação dos sujeitos autônomos em processos de recuperação, avaliação e compreensão crítica de diferentes leituras contempla a transgressão disciplinar da Ciência da Informação, sustentando metodologias amparadas pelas abordagens inter e transdisciplinares a fim de atender demandas informativas e educativas da sociedade e comunidade científica
