                    [0] => The research aims to analyze the organization and representation of information in the service and product of the catalog card offered by public HEIs, limiting the research to the central libraries of the Federal University of Pará and the Federal Rural University of the Amazon. The research is descriptive as to the objective, with a qualitative-quantitative approach and of a basic nature. The procedures used were the bibliographic research to build the theoretical framework based on Mey (1995), Borges et al. (2019), Alves (2009) and Lima and Alvares (2012). Documentary research was also carried out, such as the Anglo-American Cataloging Code, Resolution n. 184/2017 of the Federal Council of Librarianship and the catalog sheets issued by the participating institutions. In addition, the application of an interview through an electronic form was necessary to build the profile of the participating librarians and institutions. In the cataloging services provided by the institutions studied, there is a variation in the application of guidelines for the preparation, despite the source of guidance for the descriptive representation of the material being the same for both, the AACR2. In addition, the service has as a product a result of the informational work of the librarian and both have not yet adopted the Resolution n. 184/2017 of the board, which makes it mandatory to describe the name and registration of the information professional responsible for the file in documents of any nature.@en
                    [1] => A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a organização e representação da informação no serviço e produto da ficha catalográfica ofertado por IES públicas, limitando a pesquisa as bibliotecas centrais da Universidade Federal do Pará e da Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia. A pesquisa é descritiva quanto ao objetivo, com abordagem quali-quantitativa e de natureza básica. Os procedimentos utilizados foram a pesquisa bibliográfica para construção do referencial teórico com base em Mey (1995), Borges et al (2019), Alves (2009) e, Lima e Alvares (2012). Foi realizado também a pesquisa documental, como o código de Código de Catalogação de Anglo-Americano, a Resolução n. 184/2017 do Conselho Federal de Biblioteconomia e as fichas catalográficas emitidas pelas instituições participantes. Além disso, a aplicação de entrevista por meio de formulário eletrônico fez-se necessário para construção do perfil dos bibliotecários e instituições participantes. Nos serviços de ficha catalográfica disponibilizadas pelas instituições estudadas, observa-se uma variação na aplicação das diretrizes para a elaboração, apesar da fonte de orientação para a representação descritiva do material ser o mesmo para as duas, a AACR2. Além disso, o serviço possui como produto um fruto do trabalho informacional do bibliotecário e ambas ainda não adotam a Resolução nº 184/2017 do conselho, que torna obrigatória a descrição do nome e registro do profissional da informação responsável pela ficha em documentos de qualquer natureza.@pt
