                                            [0] => The purpose of this work is to present the possibilities of practical anti-racist and decolonial actions in university libraries, with the objective of relating the importance of implementing the integrative practices of the university library to the curriculum in the face of ethnic-racial relations in the academic environment. The literature review covering the theoretical framework includes the analysis of the National Curriculum Guidelines for the Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations and the Teaching of Afro-Brazilian and African History and Culture, which is pointed out by theorists of Librarianship and Science of Information on anti-racist practices and the identification of aspects that justify the construction of an anti-racist education both in the training environment and in the work environment in libraries as a whole. Finally, it is understood the need for a broad and critical understanding of integrative practices and their developments in the scope of the delineation of anti-racist issues that require the urgent reincorporation of a strategic plan that would support several other more innovative library practices.
                                            [1] => A proposta desse trabalho é apresentar as possibilidades de ações práticas antirracistas e decoloniais nas bibliotecas universitárias, tendo como objetivo relacionar a importância da efetivação das práticas integradoras da biblioteca universitária ao currículo face às relações étnico-raciais no ambiente acadêmico. A revisão da literatura que abrange o marco teórico, abarca a análise das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educação das Relações étnico-raciais e o Ensino de História e Cultura Afro-Brasileira e Africana, o que é apontado por teóricos da Biblioteconomia e da Ciência da Informação face às práticas antirracistas e a identificação dos aspectos que justificam a construção de uma educação antirracista tanto no ambiente de formação, como o de atuação nas bibliotecas como um todo. Por fim, entende-se a necessidade de uma compreensão ampla e crítica das práticas integradoras e seus desdobramentos no âmbito do delineamento das questões antirracistas que requerem a urgente incorporação de um plano estratégico que sustentaria diversas outras práticas biblioteconômicas mais inovadoras.
