                                            [0] => This work aims to identify and present the practices developed by training librarians who work in the field of Information Architecture, as well as the learning paths and the qualification provided in the graduation in Library Science to work in this market niche. The methodology used was that of bibliographical research and field research, characterized as an exploratory and descriptive research in terms of its purposes. Questionnaires are used for data collection, applied to professionals corresponding to the research profile. Based on the results and discussions, it appears that the skills and competences of librarians and information architects are equivalent in terms of their performance in digital environments, as well as the importance of interpersonal relationships and sharing of practices and knowledge within the community of action. It is concluded that complementary courses and continuing education are necessary for the librarian to act in this market niche, in the same way, the reflection on the curriculum of Librarianship courses is raised in view of the current market demands.
                                            [1] => Este trabalho objetiva identificar e apresentar as práticas desenvolvidas por bibliotecários de formação que atuam na área da Arquitetura da Informação, assim como as trilhas de aprendizagem e a qualificação fornecida na graduação em Biblioteconomia para atuação neste nicho de mercado. A metodologia utilizada foi a de pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa de campo, caracterizando-se como uma pesquisa exploratória e descritiva quanto aos fins. Utiliza-se de questionários para coleta de dados, aplicados a profissionais correspondentes ao perfil de pesquisa. Diante dos resultados e discussões, verifica-se que as habilidades e competências dos bibliotecários e arquitetos da informação são equivalentes quanto à atuação nos ambientes digitais, como também a importância das relações interpessoais e compartilhamento de práticas e saberes dentro da comunidade de atuação. Conclui-se que são necessários cursos complementares e educação continuada para que o bibliotecário atue neste nicho de mercado, da mesma forma levanta-se a reflexão acerca do currículo dos cursos de Biblioteconomia diante das demandas atuais do mercado.
