                                            [0] => Researching epistemologically about the reference librarians’ actions in their habitat is important to understand their informational practices. It understands as informational practices the intersection among the social, cultural and intersubjective dimensions, in which the intersubjective dimensions is the connection of two or more minds and mutually reflect through the information as a vector. In turn, gender-sexuality information as a vector is the set of informational and communicational content that promotes resignification and harmonization of the LGBTQIA+ bodies and minds. This study reflected on the reference process, to which informational practices (actions/practices) to through the flux of the reference process. It was adopted The hermeneutic and qualitative approach, the comprehensive-descriptive-interpretative method, the theoretical thread in the service studies and reference process; the 5 Laws of Ranganathan and informational practices and gender-sexuality information by LGBTQIA+ users. It had interdisciplinary of field as epistemic orientation between Librarianship field and Information Science field, and the use of CorelDRAW software to build epistemic illustrations. The search for and access to gender-sexuality information through the reference service in the relationship between reference librarians and LGBTQIA+ users has the potential for social and collective construction of gender-sexuality information within the library. However, they can only occur when through the conscious actions of the reference librarians.
                                            [1] => Pesquisar epistemologicamente as ações dos(as) bibliotecários(as) de referência no seu habitat é imperativo para compreender suas práticas informacionais na interseção das dimensões social, cultural e intersubjetiva, em que esta última se refere à conexão de duas mentes ou mais que refletem juntas, afetam-se mutuamente, tendo a informação como vetor. Por sua vez, a informação gênero-sexualidade como vetor é o conjunto de conteúdos informacionais e comunicacionais que promove ressignificação e harmonização dos corpos e mentes LGBTQIA+. O estudo visa refletir sobre o processo de referência, ao qual as práticas informacionais (ações/práticas) estão atreladas no seu fluxo, adotando uma abordagem hermenêutica e qualitativa, o método compreensivo-descritivo-interpretativo, o fio teórico nos estudos de serviço e processo de referência; as 5 Leis de Ranganathan e as práticas informacionais, bem como a informação gênero-sexualidade por usuários(as) LGBTQIA+. Teve orientação epistêmica interdisciplinar de campos entre Biblioteconomia e Ciência da Informação, e a utilização do software CorelDRAW para construção de ilustrações epistêmicas. A busca e o acesso da informação gênero-sexualidade através do serviço de referência na relação entre bibliotecários(as) de referência e usuários(as) LGBTQIA+ têm o potencial para construção social e coletiva da informação gênero-sexualidade no âmbito da biblioteca. Contudo, elas somente podem ocorrer por meio de ações conscientes dos(as) bibliotecários(as) de referência.
