                    [0] => The Electronic Judicial Process System (PJe), developed by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and used by a large part of the courts throughout Brazil, has the main objective of providing the storage, management and processing of legal proceedings in digital media. Knowing the use of this system by most courts in the country, in all regions, spheres and spheres of justice, the need to analyze the existence of the fulfillment of the stages of the management of archival documents, which even in digital media are a essential subsidy for an integrated and efficient information management. The general objective of this work is to: analyze the existence of the requirements for the management of digital archival documents in the PJe system of the Regional Labor Court of the 13th Region. It presents an exploratory-descriptive methodology, being a documentary and field research, as well as application of observation and interview for data collection. Compare the existence of the recommendations on some stages of document management, recommended by the e-Arq Brasil document, with the steps and options available in the PJe system, focusing on the production phases, up to the document destination. It is concluded that, despite the existence of archival documents in the system, as well as the existence of relevant aspects of information management, the system did not present the necessary requirements for an adequate document management, not taking into account the consolidated archival principles. It is recommended that the PJe system adopts computerized document management, so that it does not compromise the management of information in court proceedings and the organizational memory.@en
                    [1] => O Sistema de Processo Judicial Eletrônico (PJe), desenvolvido pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) e utilizado por grande parte dos tribunais em todo o Brasil, tem como principal objetivo propiciar o armazenamento, gestão e tramitação de processos judiciais em meio digital. Sabendo da utilização desse sistema por grande parte dos tribunais do país, em todas as regiões, esferas e âmbitos da justiça, ressalta-se a necessidade de analisar a existência do cumprimento das etapas da gestão de documentos arquivísticos, que mesmo em meio digital são um subsídio essencial para uma gestão da informação integrada e eficiente. O objetivo geral deste trabalho consiste em: analisar a existência dos requisitos da gestão de documentos arquivísticos digitais no sistema PJe do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 13ª Região. Apresenta metodologia de caráter exploratório-descritivo, sendo uma pesquisa documental e de campo, bem como aplicação de observação e entrevista para coleta de dados. Compara a existência das recomendações sobre algumas etapas da gestão documental, recomendadas pelo documento e-Arq Brasil, com as etapas e opções disponíveis no sistema PJe, focando nas fases de produção, até destinação documental. Conclui-se que, apesar da existência de documentos arquivísticos no sistema, bem como existência de aspectos relevantes da gestão da informação, o sistema não apresentou os requisitos necessários para uma gestão de documentos adequada, não levando em consideração os princípios arquivísticas consolidados. Recomenda-se que o sistema PJe adote a gestão documental informatizada, para que não comprometa a gestão da informação dos processos judiciais e a memória organizacional.@pt
