                    [0] => It investigates possibilities of the librarian´s performance in prison libraries with regard to carrying out educational-cultural-informational activities, in order to guarantee the re-socialization of the inmates. It lists as problematic: How can prison libraries contribute to the search for social transformation of prisoners? What is the role of the librarian in this transformation? It aims to reflect on the assumptions of Social Librarianship and the social role of the librarian with regard to their performance in prison libraries, highlighting the purpose of the prison system in re-socializing the inmates, instigating them to a different future vision than the one already experienced. It is characterized by being an exploratory research with a qualitative approach, delimiting itself as bibliographic and documentary, and as for the method of data collection, document analysis was used. Stresses the importance of the social role of the librarian in seeking to create opportunities that guarantee basic human rights as a form of inclusion. He concludes by emphasizing the library as an equipment to promote and guarantee basic human rights such as access to education, culture and information.@en
                    [1] => Investiga possibilidades de atuação do bibliotecário em bibliotecas prisionais no que diz respeito à realização de atividades de cunho educacional-cultural-informacional, a fim de garantir a ressocialização dos apenados. Elenca como problemáticas: Como as bibliotecas prisionais podem contribuir na busca pela transformação social dos presidiários? Qual o papel do bibliotecário nessa transformação? Objetiva refletir sobre os pressupostos da Biblioteconomia Social e do papel social do bibliotecário no que concerne à sua atuação nas bibliotecas prisionais, evidenciando a finalidade do sistema prisional em ressocializar os apenados, instigando-os a uma visão de futuro diferente do que o já vivenciado. Caracteriza-se por ser uma pesquisa de tipo exploratória com abordagem qualitativa, se delimitando como bibliográfica e documental, e quanto ao método de coleta de dados utilizou-se a análise de documentos. Salienta a importância do papel social do bibliotecário em buscar oportunizar espaços que garantam os direitos humanos básicos como forma de inclusão. Conclui ressaltando a biblioteca como um equipamento de promoção e garantia de direitos humanos básicos como o acesso à educação, cultura e informação.@pt
