                    [0] => Information, understood as a social construction, is permeated by intentions and power relations, which ends up deconstructing the idea of ​​neutrality or impartiality attributed to it. Then, the concern arises to investigate the informational dynamics that pierces ethnic-racial relations, in the sense of understanding their role in the emancipation and colonization of these subjects, especially blacks. The objective was to reflect on whether information and misinformation - understood here as nuances of the same phenomenon - are contributing to the representation of blacks in our society being stereotyped and misleading, and whether this alone would be enough to feed racism and the condition of subordination that is imposed on them. We also tried to point out the contributions that the informational field has made to the struggle of these subjects. The considerations of this research are developed from a bibliographic approach on the themes: information, disinformation, coloniality and decolonization, everyday racism and ethnic-racial information. It is concluded that, although information and disinformation are fundamental tools for the maintenance of inequalities and oppression, only their use cannot be held responsible for racism, however, they are used to perpetuate it. Conversely, the production of content that meets normative information is a way of deconstructing the structural and structuring narratives of coloniality.@en
                    [1] => A informação, compreendidada como uma construção social, é permeada por intencionalidades e relações de poder, o que acaba por desconstruir a ideia de neutralidade ou imparcialidade que lhe é atribuída. Surge, então, a inquietação de investigar a dinâmica informacional que transpassa as relações étnico-raciais, no sentido de entender seu papel na emancipação e/ou colonização desses(as) sujeitos(as), em especial os(as) negros(as). O objetivo foi refletir se/como a informação e a desinformação – entendidas aqui como nuances do mesmo fenômeno – estariam contribuindo para que a representação dos(as) negro(as) em nossa sociedade esteja sendo estereotipada e enganosa, e se apenas isso seria suficiente para alimentar o racismo e a condição de subalternidade que é imposta a eles(as). Procurou-se apontar, também, as contribuições que o campo informacional tem dado à luta desses(as) sujeitos(as). As considerações desta pesquisa são desenvolvidas a partir de uma abordagem bibliográfica sobre os temas: informação, desinformação, colonialidade e descolonização, racismo cotidiano e informação étnico-racial. Conclui-se que, apesar da informação e da desinformação serem ferramentas fundamentais para a manutenção das desigualdades e das opressões, apenas seu uso não pode ser responsabilizado pelo racismo, porém, são utilizadas para perpetuá-lo. De maneira oposta, a produção de conteúdo que vai de encontro as informações normativas é uma forma de desconconstruir as narrativas estruturais e estruturantes da colonialidade.@pt
