                    [0] => The research aims to demonstrate the need to recognize the importance of the elderly and their insertion in the social environment. The object of study is the project “Intergenerational Knowledge Discussions” carried out at UNILEÃO university. This communication builds the idea that intergenerational dialogue should be adopted as a transversal communication axis in education for better coexistence, social development and human interaction. The chosen methodology is exploratory of qualitative bias, guided by bibliographic review and documentary analysis, especially with regard to the analysis of concepts through authors of the area and instruments that make up the Brazilian legal system. It is emphasized the need for educational institutions, at all levels (fundamental, middle, higher), to adopt an integrative posture of generations, especially with regard to the elderly population, for a dialogical contact, based on the Sustainability paradigm.@en
                    [1] => A pesquisa objetiva demonstrar a necessidade de reconhecer a importância da pessoa idosa e sua inserção no meio social. O objeto de estudo é o projeto “Roda de Saberes Intergeracional” realizado no Centro Universitário UNILEÃO. A presente comunicação constrói a ideia de que o diálogo intergeracional deveria ser adotado como eixo transversal de comunicação na educação para uma melhor convivência, desenvolvimento social e interação humana. A metodologia escolhida é exploratória de abordagem qualitativa, guiada por revisão bibliográfica e análise documental, especialmente no que tange a análise de conceitos através de autores da área e instrumentos que compõe o ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Ressalta-se a necessidade das instituições de ensino, em todos os níveis (fundamental, médio, superior), adotarem uma postura integradora das gerações, especialmente com relação a população idosa, para um contato dialógico, tendo por fundamento o paradigma da Sustentabilidade.@pt
