Caracteriza a indústria de conteúdos digitais e do livro eletrônico apresentando suas tendências. Aborda os fatores que determinam a procura dos consumidores por conteúdos digitais. Objetiva discorrer sobre os indicadores de mudanças associadas à evoluçao do livro físico ao digital. Utliza como metodologia pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa eletrônica com uso de fontes de informação pertinentes ao assunto.
