Abstract:It presents the experience about elaboration and implantation process of the Project Braille Space, a information center, formation, culture and leisure for the visual deficiency in the city of São Carlos, São Paulo State. It transforms a simple Braille service of the local Public Library into a Special Public Library using the most modern concepts of accessibility and digital inclusion.
