Identifica e descreve os recursos utilizados pelas instituições para facilitar o acesso à informação, e seus respectivos  problemas/barreiras encontrados.
Abstract: 
Research that objectified to investigate how the visual disorder get access to the necessary information for their well living in society, being that, the access to the information holds the duty of huge importance to promote the social integration.The research holds a mapping from the educational and informacionals units from Florianópolis. Also, identifies and   describes the applied resources from the institutions to make easier the acces to information, and also,  the problems/obstacles related to them.
