Research problems gravitate towards the possibility of state use of private data, without prior consent, and the balance between privacy and policies to combat the pandemic. Os problemas de pesquisa gravitam em torno da possibilidade de utilização estatal dos dados privados, sem consentimento prévio, e do equilíbrio entre privacidade e políticas de combate à pandemia. Busca-se refletir sobre a insegurança jurídica que a coleta e armazenamento destes dados oferece ao sistema, concluindo que a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) pode ser eficiente em relação à proteção de dados pessoais
