As knowledge is intangible, there is some difficulty in representing it and the process presented in this research makes possible its explanation. The case studied was a collective of women fishers from the region of Guaraqueçaba, Paraná - Brazil.                                             [1] => RESUMO Este trabalho tem como objetivo representar a variação do conhecimento coletivo gerado em um determinado grupo. Como o conhecimento é intangível, há certa dificuldade em representá-lo e o processo apresentado nesta pesquisa possibilita sua explicação. O caso estudado foi um coletivo de mulheres pescadoras da região de Guaraqueçaba, Paraná - Brasil. Como procedimento metodológico utilizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica e a conclusão é que há um crescimento do conhecimento com as interações e um decréscimo, pois um dos atores deixou de participar da rede.Palavras-chave: Sistemas dinâmicos; Conhecimento Coletivo; Pescadoras de Guaraqueçaba; Teoria Ator-Rede; Redes.
