                    [0] => The evolution of the media has led to a massive flow of information, bringing with it some obstacles. The phenomenon of fake news is a product of this change in society, affecting people´s lives in different ways and including the possibility of a full and free choice from influence, their freedom of expression, thought and information. In this context, this event becomes serious for our Democratic State, as it influences behavior, political choices, social conduct and the solidity of democracy itself. In view of the above, the objective of this work is to reflect on how fake news interferes with the Democratic Rule of Law in Brazil and deforms it. This is a bibliographic, documentary and qualitative review. Through this study, we propose to explain what this complex phenomenon of fake news is and understand the different ways in which it can affect our democratic system, based on Habermas´ discursive ideas.@en
                    [1] => A evolução dos meios de comunicação propiciou um massivo fluxo informacional, trazendo consigo alguns entraves. O fenômeno das fake news é produto dessa mudança na sociedade, afetando de diversas formas a vida das pessoas e inclusive a possibilidade de uma escolha plena e livre de influências, sua liberdade de expressão, pensamento e informação. Nesse contexto, este evento se torna gravoso para o nosso Estado Democrático, na medida que influencia o comportamento, as escolhas políticas, a conduta social e a solidez da própria democracia. Diante do exposto, o objetivo do presente trabalho é refletir como as fake news interferem no Estado Democrático de Direito no Brasil e o deformam. Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica, documental e qualitativa. Propõe-se, por meio desse estudo, explicitar o que é esse fenômeno tão complexo das fake news e compreender as diversas formas de como ele pode afetar nosso sistema democrático, baseando-se nas ideias discursivas de Habermas.
