                    [0] => The present work seeks to bring to the attention of the reader information about public policies, we stick to those that are focused on health, bringing a discussion about the ineffectiveness of pharmaceutical assistance in Brazil/Alagoas/Maceió. In this context, we will provide an overview of the performance of Public Defenders and the judicialization of health as a way of guaranteeing access to health for those who most need this Public Policy. In order for these objectives to be achieved, we will do a data search in academic journals, magazines, official websites that bring data about this demand and the relationships with filing of actions. To illustrate the theme, we will look for a broad context in Habermas´s ideas that will give us subsidies to affirm that such Public Policy aims to offer those most in need a contribution of a social nature and that it is based on fundamental human rights and must be ensured by the State, as for example fundamental rights to health. Thus, taking into account the theory adopted by the German philosopher, Jürgen Habermas in his book Theory of Communicative Action, it is necessary to increase the reduction of bureaucracy to make the rights guaranteed by the citizen viable, so that they emerge with greater clarity and transparency. In this context, the paradox of integration and social disintegration is important, considering that power is enhanced in the face of the expectation of state support for people in need, in which they are overtaken by social influencers.@en
                    [1] => O presente trabalho busca levar ao conhecimento do leitor informações acerca de políticas públicas, nos atemos as que estão voltadas a saúde, trazendo uma discussão sobre a ineficácia da assistência farmacêutica no Brasil/Alagoas/Maceió. Nesse contexto traremos uma visão sobre a atuação das Defensorias Públicas e a judicialização da saúde como forma de garantir o acesso à saúde aqueles que mais necessitam dessa Política Pública. Para que tais objetivos sejam alcançados, faremos uma pesquisa de dados em jornais acadêmicos, revistas, sites oficiais que trazem dados sobre essa demanda e as relações com ajuizamento de ações. Para ilustrar a temática buscaremos nas ideias de Habermas um contexto amplo que nos dê subsídios para afirmar que tal Política Pública visa oferecer aqueles mais necessitados uma contribuição de cunho social e que está fundamenta-se nos direitos humanos fundamentais e devem serem assegurados pelo Estado, como por exemplos direitos fundamentais a saúde. Desse modo, levando em consideração a teoria adotada pelo filósofo alemão, Jürgen Habermas em seu livro Teoria do agir comunicativo, é preciso aumentar a desburocratização para viabilizar os direitos assegurados pelo cidadão, assim esses emergem com maior nitidez e transparência. Nesse contexto o paradoxo de integração e desintegração social é importante, tendo em vista que o poder é realçado perante a espera de amparo do estado pelas pessoas necessitadas nas quais são ultrapassadas por influentes sociais.@pt
