                    [0] => Government institutions must meet the legal requirements for which they were created. If they fail to do so, there is a risk that their existence will be compromised or questioned. In this context, this paper presents a model for evaluating reference services in the public sector, based on existing models for evaluating Information Systems (IS) and Reference Services (RS). As a methodological procedure, a literature review was conducted using the scientific production available on the CAPES Periodicals Portal. This is a qualitative study based on bibliographic research on the topics of "information system evaluation" and "reference service evaluation." As a result of this study, it was possible to select evaluation models for IS and reference service evaluation that can contribute to the adoption of a reference service evaluation model for public sector institutions.@en
                    [1] => As instituições governamentais devem satisfazer aos requisitos legais para as quais foram criadas. Caso isso não aconteça, corre-se o risco de sua existência ser comprometida ou questionada. Nesse contexto, o presente trabalho apresenta um modelo de avaliação de serviço de referência no setor público, com base em modelos existentes de avaliação de Sistemas de Informação (SIs) e Serviço de Referência (SRs). Como procedimento metodológico, foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico sobre a produção científica disponível no Portal de Periódicos da CAPES. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, baseado em pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema “avaliação de sistema de informação” e “avaliação do serviço de referência”. Como resultado deste estudo, foi possível selecionar modelos de avaliação de SI e avaliação do serviço de referência que possam contribuir para a adoção de um modelo de avaliação do serviço de referência para instituições do setor público.@pt
