                                            [0] => Organizing the information structure on a website is one of the main roles of information architecture. Usability, in turn, describes the quality of use of this organization. This work aims to analyze the usability of an administrative project management website, from the observation of the user during navigation and execution of their tasks. Therefore, a case study and prospective usability evaluation were carried out, through a questionnaire and objective, based on usability tests. Customers dissatisfied with the previous organization of the website, validated the developed prototype and the reorganization of the labels as well as the navigation, although there was no consensus between them.
                                            [1] => Organizar a estrutura de informações em um website é um dos principais papeis da arquitetura da informação. A usabilidade, por sua vez, descreve a qualidade de uso dessa organização. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a usabilidade de um website de gestão administrativa de projetos, a partir da observação do usuário durante a navegação e execução de suas tarefas. Para tanto, realizou-se estudo de caso e avaliação de usabilidade prospectiva, por meio de questionário e objetiva, a partir de testes de usabilidade. Clientes insatisfeitos com a organização anterior do website, validaram o protótipo desenvolvido e a reorganização dos rótulos bem como da navegação, ainda que não tenha ocorrido consenso entre eles.
