                    [0] => This article presents the results of the Master´s research in Knowledge Management and Organization, developed between 2019 and 2021. The digital transformation has revolutionized several sectors of society, in the context of public Higher Education Institutions, such initiatives are still timid, for example, the process of issuing diplomas, done manually, causing delays and fragility to your security. Due to the length of the process, as well as the document standardization, this study demonstrates the proposition of an archetype of a Digital Business Process Platform (PPND), having as its scope the process of issuing digital diplomas in a public HEI, based on Decrees 330, 1,095 and 554 of the MEC. As a methodology, the research is characterized by an applied nature, with a qualitative approach, objectives applied in an exploratory way and technical procedures through action research. To build the theoretical-methodological framework, the RBS Roadmap protocol was used. For the development of the archetype, the Business Process Management methodology was used. As results, there was a systematic review and the archetype of the PPND. It is concluded that the platform is feasible to be implemented, and that the methodologies used can help public Higher Education Institutions to digitally transform their processes.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo apresenta resultados finais da pesquisa de mestrado em Gestão e Organização do Conhecimento, desenvolvida entre 2019 a 2021. A transformação digital vem revolucionando diversos setores da sociedade, no contexto das Instituições de Ensino Superior públicas, tais iniciativas ainda são tímidas, como exemplo, o processo de emissão de diplomas, feito manualmente, ocasionando morosidade e fragilidade à sua segurança. Em virtude da morosidade do processo, bem como da padronização documento, este estudo demonstra a proposição de um arquétipo de uma Plataforma de Processos de Negócios Digitais (PPND), tendo como escopo o processo de emissão de diplomas digitais em uma IES pública, baseado nas Portarias 330, 1.095 e 554 do Ministério da Educação. Como metodologia, a pesquisa caracteriza-se de natureza aplicada, com abordagem qualitativa, objetivos aplicados de modo exploratório e procedimentos técnicos por meio de pesquisa-ação. Para construção do referencial teórico-metodológico, foi utilizado o protocolo RBS Roadmap. Já para desenvolvimento do arquétipo foi utilizado a metodologia de Business Process Management. Como resultados, teve-se a revisão sistemática e o arquétipo da plataforma. Conclui-se que a plataforma é viável de ser implementada, e que as metodologias utilizadas podem auxiliar as Instituições de Ensino Superior públicas a transformar digitalmente seus processos.@pt
