                                            [0] => In the health area, there are several challenges in establishing mechanisms that standardize the performance of professionals and that promote integration between the systems used. Ontologies are artifacts aimed at representing knowledge with a potential to assist in initiatives in this regard. With the support of technologies based on artificial intelligence, it is possible to provide effective tools in solving problems in this context. This work seeks to define the structure of a semantic model based on domain ontologies that support the implementation of a conversation system aimed at providing answers to questions in the health area, focusing on the diagnosis of diseases and the classification of other health problems. The proposal involves terminological bases such as the International Classification of Diseases (CID) and the Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine - Clinical Terms (SNOMED CT).
                                            [1] => Na área de saúde, há diversos desafios no estabelecimento de me-canismos que padronizem a atuação dos profissionais e que promovam a integração entre os sistemas utilizados. As ontologias são artefatos voltados para representação de conhecimento com um potencial para auxiliar nas iniciativas neste sentido. Com o apoio das tecnologias baseadas em inteligência artificial, é possível fornecer ferramentas efetivas na resolução de problemas deste contexto. Este trabalho busca definir a estrutura de um modelo semântico baseado em ontologias de domínio que suportem a implementação de um sistema de conversação voltado a fornece respostas a perguntas na área de saúde, com foco no diagnóstico de doenças e classificação de outros problemas de saúde.
