                                            [0] => This article presents an ongoing research that aims to investigate the use of BPM in the mapping of processes in organizations, analyzing the evidence found. The methodology adopted is a Systematic Literature Review (RSL), based on an approach used in Software Engineering. It is being conducted in three stages: planning, execution and selection. Here are presented the partial results of the data collection, carried out in the Business Process Management Journal, with the description of a synthesis of the works, organized in categories that were defined a priori, from the inputs obtained in the literature on management by processes.
                                            [1] => Este artigo apresenta uma pesquisa em andamento que tem como objetivo investigar o uso de BPM no mapeamento de processos em organizações, analisando as evidências encontradas. A metodologia adotada é de uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (RSL), a partir de uma abordagem utilizada na Engenharia de Software. Ela está sendo conduzida em três etapas: planejamento, execução e seleção. Aqui são apresentados os resultados parciais da coleta de dados, realizada no periódico Business Process Management Journal, com a descrição de uma síntese dos trabalhos, organizadas em categorias que foram definidas a priori, a partir dos insumos obtidos na literatura sobre gestão por processos.
