                                            [0] => The 2030 Agenda is a proposal from the United Nations, composed for 17 objectives, whose purpose is the social, economic and sustainable development of nations. The International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) was one of the active members in the elaboration of this document, recognizing libraries as key institutions for achieving these goals. An ethical perspective can be attributed to these aspects, allied to the informational units that could be understood as spaces that enable the social and cultural progress of the population, in view of the well-being of these users. The present article questioned how libraries can, in fact, contribute to the development of these goals, considering the recognition attributed to these spaces for implementing the objectives found in the agenda. As aim, it was intended, through an ethical perspective, to analyze how activities, processes and values ​​of the informational units can assist in the effectiveness of the fulfillment of the objectives proposed by Agenda 2030. Methodologically, a search was carried out in the databases BRAPCI and Library and Information Science Abstracts (LISA) in articles that had the term “agenda 2030” in their titles, abstracts or keywords. The 33 retrieved articles were analyzed through Content Analysis, in order to identify their ethical precepts and ways in which libraries could contribute to the fulfillment of the agenda. It was possible to identify that libraries can help by enabling quality education, in an inclusive, equitable manner and also by reducing inequalities, whether they be gender, race or accessibility. Some ethical values ​​can be found in this premise, in particular access to information, cultural diversity and equality.
                                            [1] => A Agenda 2030 é uma proposta das Nações Unidas, composta por 17 objetivos, que possuem como propósito o desenvolvimento social, econômico e sustentável das nações e que teve como um dos membros ativos em sua construção a International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA), reconhecendo as bibliotecas como instituições fundamentais para o alcance desses objetivos. Pode- se atribuir uma perspectiva ética a esses aspectos aliados às unidades informacionais, compreendidas enquanto espaços que possibilitam o progresso social e cultural da população, tendo em vista o bem-estar desses usuários. O presente artigo questionou-se de que forma as bibliotecas podem contribuir, de fato, para o desenvolvimento dessas metas, considerando o reconhecimento atribuído a esses espaços para implantação dos objetivos encontrados na agenda. Com objetivo, pretendeu-se por meio de uma perspectiva ética, analisar como atividades, processos e valores das unidades informacionais podem auxiliar na efetividade do cumprimento dos objetivos propostos pela Agenda 2030. Metodologicamente, foi realizada uma busca nas bases de dados BRAPCI e Library and Information Science Abstracts (LISA) em artigos que possuíam o termo “agenda 2030” em seus títulos, resumos ou palavras-chave. Os 33 artigos recuperados foram analisados por meio da Análise de Conteúdo, de maneira a identificar seus preceitos éticos e maneiras de como as bibliotecas poderiam contribuir para o cumprimento da agenda. Foi possível identificar que as bibliotecas podem auxiliar possibilitando a educação de qualidade, de maneira inclusiva, equitativa e ainda, a redução de desigualdades, sejam elas de gênero, raças ou de acessibilidade. Alguns valores éticos podem ser encontrados nessa premissa, em especial o acesso à informação, diversidade cultural e igualdade.
