                                            [0] => It presents the perceptions that students of librarianship UFSC have on the learning paid training to perform at higher education institutions based in Florianopolis. Bring a result of research whose main goal was to analyze the contribution of non-mandatory training for university education in librarianship. The theoretical framework consists of social construction and the social process, that systematize the phenomena related to the development of everyday social reality and historical and social development of civilizations. Data collection involved students of librarianship UFSC, enrolled in the 6th and 7th semesters in the second half of 2008. Data were collected through interviews. For the analysis of obtained discourses was employed the technique of the Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (Collective Subject Discourse) (DSC). The result indicates that the learning paid training help to improve the student as a way of learning by doing, develop skills and improve their theoretical knowledge. However, the carrying out of practices and evidence of lack of local supervision limit the positive effect of this practice.
                                            [1] => Aborda as percepções que estudantes de Biblioteconomia da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) têm sobre a contribuição do estágio remunerado realizado em Instituições de Ensino Superior sediadas em Florianópolis para sua formação. O referencial de análise foi constituído pela construção social e pelo processo social, duas teorias do campo da sociologia, que sistematizam os fenômenos relacionados ao desenvolvimento da realidade social cotidiana e o desenvolvimento sócio-histórico das civilizações. A coleta de dados envolveu alunos do Curso de biblioteconomia da UFSC, matriculados nas 6ª e 7ª fases no segundo semestre de 2008. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas. Para a análise dos discursos obtidos foi empregada a técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. O resultado indica a percepção de que os estágios remunerados contribuem para o aperfeiçoamento do aluno.
