                                            [0] => As the libraries’ environment changes to increasing accountability, institutional outcomes and user centered, Cict – Center of Scientific and Technical Information has been established a research project to develop a methodology to study performance indicators. Based on ISO 11620 a team of researchers and librarians have been working in a set of indicators for evaluating purpose for its three libraries .This paper describes the way pursued so far and the collaborating process that has been shaping the whole process. 
                                            [1] => O Cict - Centro de Informação Científica e Tecnológica, percebendo a mudança no ambiente das bibliotecas e da clientela crescente, e em busca de melhores resultados institucionais, focado no atendimento aos usuários, estabeleceu um projeto de pesquisa para desenvolver uma metodologia para indicadores do desempenho. Baseado na Norma ISO 11620 uma equipe de pesquisadores e bibliotecários tem trabalhado em uma série de indicadores para a finalidade de avaliação para todas as três bibliotecas do Cict. O artigo descreve o caminho trilhado até então neste projeto e aponta alguns resultados que tem dado forma a todo processo.
