                    [0] => From a previous study which mapped the scientific production about Information Users, published in Brazilian journals of Librarianship and Information Science from 2011 to 2016, it is developed a research whose aim is to investigate the scientific production about information user in the decision-making process in organizations. In relation to methodology, it is an exploratory and descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative approach. The results indicate that, regarding the mentioned time frame, the journals published only seven articles about user in decision-making. It is concluded that the production about decision-maker user is still incipient, although relevant, because it is pointed out profile characteristics of this user category little known in literature and it contributes to supply the lack of user studies in organization environment@en
                    [1] => Em um estudo anterior, em que se mapeou a produção científica sobre usuários da informação, publicada em periódicos brasileiros de Biblioteconomia e de Ciência da Informação, do período de 2011 a 2016, realizou-se uma pesquisa com o objetivo de investigar a produção científica sobre o usuário da informação no processo de tomada de decisão nas organizações. Quanto à metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória e descritiva e abordagem quanti-qualitativa. Os resultados indicaram que, quanto ao recorte temporal, os periódicos só publicaram sete artigos que se referem ao usuário na tomada de decisão. Conclui-se que a produção sobre o usuário decisor ainda é incipiente, mas relevante porque aponta características do perfil dessa categoria de usuário pouco conhecida na literatura e concorre para suprir a carência de estudos sobre usuários no ambiente das organizações.@pt
