                                            [0] => This theoretical article aims to present a framework that enables the analysis of the Knowledge Transfer process in Interorganizational Networks. For this, the phenomenon of knowledge transfer was didactically separated into acquisition and transference. The structural and relational properties of a Social Network included in the proposal were: social cohesion, position, size of the network, subgroups and strength of ties. While the cognitive characteristics of the participants of this network, considered in the framework, are time of experience and educational level. In a complementary way, the article also indicates which Social Network Analysis measures can be used in the process of empirical data analysis in future research, based on the elaborated framework.
                                            [1] => Este artigo teórico tem o objetivo de apresentar um framework para a análise do processo de Transferência de Conhecimento em Redes Interorganizacionais. Para tal, o fenômeno da transferência de conhecimento foi didaticamente separado em aquisição e transferência. As propriedades estruturais e relacionais de uma Rede Social incluídas na proposta foram: coesão social, posição, tamanho da rede, subgrupos e força dos laços. Por sua vez, as características cognitivas dos participantes da rede, consideradas no framework, são tempo de experiência e nível educacional. De forma complementar, o artigo indica quais medidas da Análise de Redes Sociais podem ser utilizadas no processo de análise de dados empíricos em pesquisas futuras, tendo como base o framework proposto.
