                    [0] => Organizations, in a general way, need to innovate themselves in order to stand out or to maintain competitiveness in their business field. For this, the organizations need to elaborate and implement innovative projects. Projects are endeavoring instruments with terms well defined, with resources allocated, multidisciplinary teams and peculiar administrative characteristics. The lifetime of innovative projects can be described in four phases: conceptual; planning and organization; implementation and phasing out. Each phase has its own characteristics, which needs differentiated information and learning of organization’s routine activities. This text seeks to do considerations about the information needs, the production of knowledge and the organizational learning during the development of a project.@en
                    [1] => Organizações, de modo geral, precisam inovar se quiserem se destacar ou continuar competitivas na área em que atuam. Para tal, necessitam elaborar e implementar projetos inovadores. Projetos são empreendimentos com cronogramas bem definidos, com recursos próprios alocados, equipes multidisciplinares atuantes e possuem características administrativas peculiares. Pode-se descrever o ciclo de vida de um projeto inovativo em quatro fases: conceitual; planejamento e organização; implementação e encerramento. Cada fase tem características próprias, com necessidades de informação e aprendizagem diferenciadas das atividades rotineiras da organização. Este texto procura fazer uma reflexão sobre as necessidades informacionais, a produção de conhecimento e a aprendizagem organizacional durante o desenvolvimento de um projeto.@pt
