                                            [0] => It is suggested thematic elements in music scores in order to improve the process of information retrieval. It starts from the assumption that the Musicology offers representative aspects of the musical work that needs to be systematized and understood by the information professional. Facing music scores as a non-textual language, strategies were established to describe their subjects, supported by Musicology’s basic elements. Furthermore, the literature search results and specialized users were correlated, apprehending, this way, how the musician community read their information. From this perspective, it has combined a reflection of the object of study (music) with the Information Science in regards to communication and representation of information.
                                            [1] => Sugere elementos de representação temática em partituras musicais a fim de melhorar o processo de recuperação da informação. Parte-se do pressuposto de que a Musicologia oferece aspectos representativos da obra musical que necessitam ser sistematizados e apreendidos pelo profissional da informação. Ao tratar a música como linguagem não-textual, foram estabelecidos estratégias de descrição de assunto em partituras, com amparo em elementos básicos no âmbito da Musicologia. Ademais, correlacionou-se o resultado de pesquisa bibliográfica com usuários especializados, apreendendo-se o modo como a comunidade musical lê a informação. Nessa perspectiva, conjugou-se uma reflexão do objeto de estudo (música) junto à Ciência da Informação no tocante à comunicação e representação da informação.
