Se ofrecen consideraciones finales y recomendaciones. Abstract  The present work deals with record management within the current organizational context. It also refers to the concept of record and the complexities of its management in the digital environment which may harm its capacity of being fully reliable evidence of the organizational business processes. Finally, it introduces 15489 ISO Standard on Information and Documentations – Record management which poses as a useful technology for the adequately managing of archivist documents, regardless its support, within the organizational context. Final considerations and recommendations are added as well.
