                    [0] => Introduction: As a consequence of the mandatory social isolation imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, it was impossible to enroll in person for courses at the Information Technology Center of the National University of San Martín–Tarapoto, Peru.Objectives: To redesign the virtual enrollment process through the implementation of a web platform for the management of the Information Technology Center and to evaluate the satisfaction of the new enrollment process. Methods: A longitudinal pre-experimental study was carried out with the participation of 67 users; Interviews were carried out to identify requirements and a satisfaction level survey.Results: Before the implementation of the web platform, 82.1% of users perceived the registration process as regular and 17.9% considered it poor. After implementation, 68.7% reported good satisfaction, while 31.3% considered it fair. The t-Student test with 66 degrees of freedom and a p value = 0.000 demonstrated a significant improvement in satisfaction with the enrollment process with a result of t = 48.230.Conclusions: The implementation of the web platform improved user satisfaction in the registration process of the information technology center.@en
                    [1] => Introducción: Como consecuencia del aislamiento social obligatorio impuesto por la pandemia de la COVID-19 resultaba imposible realizar matrículas presenciales a los cursos del Centro de Tecnologías de Información de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín–Tarapoto, Perú.Objetivos: Rediseñar el proceso de matrícula virtual mediante la implantación de una plataforma web para la gestión del Centro de Tecnologías de Información y evaluar la satisfacción del nuevo proceso de matrícula.Métodos: Estudio preexperimental longitudinal con la participación de 67 usuarios; se realizaron entrevistas para la identificación de requerimientos y una encuesta del nivel de satisfacción.Resultados: Antes de la implementación de la plataforma web, el 82,1 % de los usuarios percibía el proceso de matrícula como regular y el 17,9 % lo consideraba malo; después de la implantación, el 68,7 % manifestó buena satisfacción, mientras que el 31,3 % lo consideró regular. La prueba t-Student con 66 grados de libertad y un valor p = 0,000 demostró una mejora significativa en la satisfacción del proceso de matrícula con un resultado de t = 48,230.Conclusiones: La implementación de la plataforma web mejoró la satisfacción de los usuarios en el proceso de matrícula del centro de tecnologías de información.@es
