                                    [description] => O presente trabalho aborda a história da LIBRAS e sua legalização como língua, bem como, a importância de seu ensino e conhecimento por profissionais da informação, em especifico o Bibliotecário, onde traz a ideia da inserção e ensino desta língua dentre estudantes que estão se formando no curso de Biblioteconomia, como incentivo a mediação da informação em seus vários âmbitos. O objetivo do estudo é apresentar a necessidade em se compreender esta língua e utilizá-la no atendimento e trato com usuários surdos, utilizando-a como ponte para a inclusão espontânea. Serão abordados também a formação do bibliotecário, sua forma de atuação no espaço informacional e uso da comunicação dentre boa parte de suas atividades, o que nos remete ao uso da língua como ponte entre Usuário X Bibliotecário e via primordial para compreensão das necessidades do usuário. Foi feito um levantamento bibliográfico sobre o assunto com base em autores que abordam o mesmo tema em suas produções. Como resultado, obtivemos um novo olhar sobre a abordagem do tema de forma interdisciplinar que confirmam a necessidade e reflexão a respeito da inserção e presença deste contexto na formação destes profissionais.Palavras-chave: LIBRAS. The objectiveofthestudyistopresenttheneedtounderstandthislanguageand use it in thecareandtreatmentofdeafusers, using it as a bridge for spontaneousinclusion. The formationofthelibrarian, hiswayofacting in theinformationalspaceandthe use of communication among a greatpartofhisactivities, willalsobeapproached, whichrefersustothe use ofthelanguage as a bridge betweenUser X Librarianand a primordial waytounderstandtheneedsoftheuser. A bibliographicsurveyonthesubjectwasmadebasedonauthorswho approach thesametheme in theirproductions.
