                                            [0] => The Chamber of Deputies Portal makes available in the “Open Data” interface the open legislative data that represent the “political action” of parliamentarians and their administrative intricacies. Thus, the purpose of the proposal is to map the types of open legislative data, the formats available and for whom these data can be useful. The motivation of the research is to know the quality of access to open parliamentary data. The mapping of legislative data is done from the understanding of the nuances of open government and its expressions of open knowledge, with the adoption of the qualitative exploratory method. In the results, there are 30 types of data for access and use. The formats presented are diverse: XML; JSON; CSV; XLSX and ODS, a fact that allows the reach of a wide audience. It is concluded that open legislative data represent advances in the country's active transparency, which are in line with the eight principles of OpenGovData and meet, as far as possible, the guidelines of the 2030 Agenda, however, it identifies the need to build a more refined taxonomy with the aim of expanding citizen participation.
                                            [1] => O Portal da Câmara dos Deputados disponibiliza na interface “Dados Abertos” os dados legislativos abertos que representam o “fazer político” dos parlamentares, e seus meandros administrativos. Dessa forma, o objetivo desta proposta é mapear os tipos de dados legislativos abertos, os formatos disponibilizados e para quem esses dados podem ser úteis. A motivação da pesquisa é conhecer a qualidade do acesso aos dados abertos parlamentares. O mapeamento dos dados legislativos é feito a partir da compreensão das nuances de governo aberto e suas expressões de conhecimento aberto, com a adoção do método exploratório qualitativo. Nos resultados, foram encontrados 30 tipos de dados para acesso e uso. Os formatos apresentados são diversos: XML; JSON; CSV; XLSX e ODS, fato que permite o alcance de ampla audiência. Conclui-se que os dados legislativos abertos representam avanços na transparência ativa do país, que estão em consonância com os oito princípios da OpenGovData e atendem, na medida do possível, as orientações da Agenda 2030, contudo, identificou-se a necessidade da construção de uma taxonomia mais aprimorada, objetivando permitir ampliar a participação cidadã.
