                                            [0] => The Criteria, policy and procedures for the admission and permanence of journals in the SciELO Portugal Collection were updated in 2021 and revised in February 2023. The new version includes advances in editorial policies related to the alignment of the SciELO Program with the good communication practices of the open science research. The perspective is to reinforce the contribution of the journals in the social and scientific qualification of the research of the national nodes that are part of the network. The criteria aim to increase transparency, completeness, speed, and interoperability in research communication. This document describes the main Open Science criteria to be adopted by the journals present in the SciELO Portugal Collection, their objectives, the work carried out towards their adoption and the expected results, in terms of the adoption of these criteria, by the end of the year from 2023.
                                            [1] => Os Critérios, política e procedimentos para a admissão e permanência de revistas na Coleção SciELO Portugal foram atualizados em 2021 e revistos em fevereiro de 2023. A nova versão contempla avanços nas políticas editoriais relacionadas com o alinhamento do Programa SciELO com as boas práticas de comunicação da pesquisa na Ciência Aberta. A perspetiva é reforçar a contribuição das revistas na qualificação social e científica das pesquisas dos nós nacionais que fazem parte da rede.  Os critérios visam ampliar a transparência, completude, velocidade e interoperabilidade na comunicação das pesquisas. Este documento descreve os principais critérios de Ciência Aberta a adotar por parte das revistas presentes na Coleção SciELO Portugal, os seus objetivos, o trabalho desenvolvido no sentido da sua adoção e os resultados esperados, em termos de adoção destes critérios, até ao final do ano de 2023.
