                    [0] => La creciente instalación de sistemas de chat on-line en páginas web como forma de ayuda al usuario contrasta con la falta de estudios analíticos sobre la interacción que los usuarios tienen con ese tipo de sistemas. Este artículo analiza por un lado la percepción de los usuarios con respecto al uso de los chats de ayuda y, por otro lado, mide el impacto que tiene el diseño del banner que da acceso al chat en el comportamiento de los usuarios. Para ello se ha llevado a cabo un test de usuarios en el que han participado 35 personas, dos encuestas de satisfacción y un cuestionario final. De los resultados del estudio se desprende que el sistema de chat es satisfactorio para la gran mayoría de los usuarios y que, de los posibles diseños para el banner de acceso, el que presenta un avatar humano les da más confianza para utilizar el chat para resolver sus dudas.@es
                    [1] => The usage of web-based live chat help systems is particularly on the rise among e-commerce businesses. But its wide use is in stark contrast to the lack of analytic studies on how the users interact with this kind of systems. This article analyzes the user´s awareness of the presence of live chat help systems and the impact that the live chat access banner´s design has on the users´ behavior. To that end, a usability test with 35 participants has been carried out, as well as two satisfaction surveys and a final questionnaire. The results of the study show that the chat system is satisfactory to the vast majority of users and that, of all the possible access banner designs, the one showing a human avatar proved to be the most successful in getting the participants to use the live chat to solve their doubts.@en
